1. Product Overview
• Product Name: Underwear & Bra Strap Elastic / Plush-Backed Elastic / Soft Elastic Band

• Structure: Single-sided or double-sided Knitted Brushed (Plush) Elastic, Woven High-Tension Elastic, or Customized Jacquard Brand Band.

2. Technical & Material Specifications

• Material Composition:
◦ Yarn Face (70% - 80%): High-grade Nylon 6 or Nylon 66 for an ultra-soft, silky, moisture-wicking, and skin-friendly texture. High-recovery Polyester is also available upon customer request for sportswear/budget-friendly lines.
◦ Elastic Core (20% - 30%): Premium Spandex (Elastane) for long-lasting elasticity and stretch recovery. Latex-Free options are available for hypoallergenic requirements.

• Physical Performance:
◦ Elongation (Stretchability): Standard stretch rate ranges from 120% to 150%.
◦ Elastic Recovery: ≤98%(Highly durable; retains shape and resists sagging after repeated washing and stretching cycles).
◦ Color Fastness: Grade 4 or above for washing, perspiration, and rubbing (tested in accordance with ISO / AATCC international standards).

4. Processability & Technical Restrictions

• Allowed Processing (Customization Services):
◦ Brushed/Plush Finish: Single or double-sided brushing to create a velvety texture on the skin-facing side.
◦ Silicone Coating: Linear, wavy, or dotted anti-slip silicone backing can be applied (commonly used for strapless bra linings).
◦ Jacquard & Printing: Custom brand logo or geometric patterns woven directly into the band (Jacquard), or applied via high-resolution screen printing and heat-transfer printing.
◦ Picot Edge: Custom wavy, scalloped, or lace-trimmed edges are available.

• Technical Restrictions (Not Allowed):
◦ No Longitudinal Cutting: Finished elastic bands must not be cut lengthwise. Doing so disrupts the knitted/woven structure, resulting in frayed edges, loose elastic cores, and product failure.
◦ Ironing/Heat Press Temperature Limit: Avoid exposing the elastics to ironing or heat-pressing temperatures exceeding 150C - 180C. Excessive heat will melt or damage the internal Spandex, permanently compromising elasticity.

5. Packaging Specifications
Export-standard, moisture-proof, and anti-crush packaging to ensure materials arrive in pristine condition for automatic garment production lines:

• Internal Packaging:
◦ Supplied on rolls (pancake rolls) or circular spools.
◦ Standard length per roll is 50 yards (approx. 45.7m) or 100 yards (approx. 91.4m).
◦ Each roll is individually sealed in a heavy-duty, high-clarity PE polybag to protect the elastic core from moisture, dust, and aging.

• External Packaging:
◦ Packed in heavy-duty, 5-layer double-wall corrugated export master cartons.
◦ Depending on the width, 10 to 20 rolls are packed per carton (optimized to eliminate empty space and prevent crushing during transit).
◦ Cartons are marked with shipping marks detailing: Product Name, Specs, Color, Lot Number, Gross/Net Weight, Quantity, and Handling Icons (e.g., Keep Dry, Fragile).

• Joint-Free Requirement: Available upon request for automated cutting machines to prevent line stoppages.

6. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

7. Delivery Lead Time
Calculated from receipt of official Purchase Order (PO), deposit payment, and written approval of Lab Dip (color swatch):

• In-Stock Colors: Shipped within 2 to 3 business days upon payment confirmation.

• Lab Dip Development (Sampling Phase): Lab dips/handloom swatches will be prepared and sent for approval within 3 to 5 business days of receiving Pantone codes or physical color swatches.

• Bulk Production (Custom Dyed): Standard production lead time is 14 to 21 business days after color approval (subject to seasonal capacity).

• Full Custom Bulk Production (Jacquard Logo / Silicone / Mold Setup): Lead time is approximately 25 to 35 business days due to patterning, molding, and machinery setup.
